Shipping
At Clarity Oral Care, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Methods
Choose the shipping option that best fits your needs at checkout:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (when available)
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Clarity Oral Care is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS first. If you need additional assistance, our support team is happy to help.
